Refund & Exchange Policy – DVANS

DVANS is a fashion brand operated by The Digital Evolution, based in New Delhi, India. We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Returns are not accepted.

You are eligible for exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • You have a size issue (product must be unused)

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order ID + clear images of the product

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Slight color variation due to screen lighting

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds, as we follow an exchange-only policy.

However, refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for exchange
  • Order is not delivered due to our fault
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
