DVANS is a fashion brand operated by The Digital Evolution, based in New Delhi, India. We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. Returns are not accepted.
You are eligible for exchange in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- You have a size issue (product must be unused)
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order ID + clear images of the product

Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Slight color variation due to screen lighting
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds, as we follow an exchange-only policy.
However, refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock for exchange
- Order is not delivered due to our fault
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
